Do I need to be a certain fitness or Pilates level to join the retreat ?
Not at all! Our retreats welcome all fitness levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. It's a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your journey toward a healthier and stronger you. Our expert trainers will adapt and modify exercises to suit all abilities, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported. If you’re new to Pilates or have any concerns, just let us know—we’re here to help!
Will I have time to relax during the retreat?
Yes! Whether you want to unwind by the pool, cozy up by the fire, or simply enjoy some downtime, there’s plenty of opportunity to relax. You can take as much or as little time for yourself as you like.
I’m traveling alone—do many guests come solo?
Absolutely! Most of our guests travel solo. Our retreats are a great way to meet like-minded people, form new friendships, and become part of our movement. Of course, if you prefer some quiet "me time," you’re more than welcome to enjoy your own space.
Do I need a travel companion to book a twin room?
No, you don’t! If you’re traveling solo, you can choose to share with another guest. Alternatively, if you prefer your own space, you can book a private double room. If your shared room remains unfilled by the balance payment due date, you will need to upgrade to a single room and cover the difference.
Is alcohol available during the retreat?
We don’t include alcohol in the initial package. However, you can choose it as an option.
What can I expect from a typical day on the retreat ?
A typical day on retreat begins with a soothing cup of tea, coffee, or fresh juice, followed by an energizing Pilates session to awaken your body and mind. Afterward, enjoy a nourishing breakfast before diving into a breathwork workshop for deep relaxation. Lunch is served poolside, offering a moment to unwind in a tranquil setting. The afternoon is yours—whether you choose to relax, explore, or indulge in an optional massage. As the evening approaches, a gentle stretch and meditation session helps you reset, leading into a beautifully prepared dinner to round off the day.
Depending on what retreat you book in which season of the year, you may also enjoy other kinds of activities such as paddle boarding, cacao ceremonies, kayaking, hiking, etc.
What is included in the price ?
All food, accommodation, activities, workshops and classes are included in the price.
What is NOT included in the price ?
The retreat package does not include flights, visas, travel insurance, airport transfers (which can be arranged upon request), alcoholic and additional specific beverages, or any extra activities outside the planned itinerary.
Are Pilates mats provided ?
Yes mats are provided on all our retreats but you are welcome you to bring your own mat if you wish.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
